At the same time, ZN.UA sources in the Verkhovna Rada reported that during the conciliation council of the heads of factions and groups, the head of the “Servant of the People” faction, David Arahamiya, explained to his colleagues the vision of the further algorithm of actions regarding the determination of the fate of Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova and the head of the Security Service of Ukraine Ivan Bakanov.

It should be noted that Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Legal Regime of Martial Law” indicates the inadmissibility of termination of the powers of state authorities in the conditions of martial law. In particular, the list of such includes the bodies of the prosecutor's office of Ukraine.
