The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is preparing Kuleba's second African tour: which countries will the minister visit

This region is important, including because of the votes in the UN, which Ukraine needs.

Special Representative of Ukraine for the Middle East and Africa Maksym Subh agrees that when the war between good and evil is going on, one cannot adhere to the principles of non-alignment – one must make a choice, because neutrality pushes the aggressor to new crimes, and in this way the “neutral” becomes on the side of the aggressor.

“Therefore, our task is to work with such countries (African – ed.), because every vote is important at the UN,” he said during an interview with Volodymyr Kravchenko for ZN.UA. – And during the second African tour, which we are preparing for the first quarter of 2023, the Minister of Foreign Affairs (Dmytro Kuleba – editor) plans to visit Nigeria, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Kenya“.

He added that Kuleba's first tour was extremely successful. In particular, because it gave certain results in the October 12 vote on the resolution of the UN General Assembly, which condemned the annexation of Ukrainian territories: for the first time, no African country voted against it. Some even changed their position by voting “yes” – Angola, Cape Verde, Egypt, Madagascar, Senegal, etc. Among them are the countries that the Minister of Foreign Affairs visited the day before.
