Business of the family of a former People's Deputy of Ukraine Evgeny Murayev was rebranded as Vadym Slyusarev, whom the media called “one of the curators of the Servant of the People party in the Kharkiv region,” as well as his lawyer Elena Bardina, writes the Kharkiv Anti-Corruption Center with reference to data from the YouControl analytical system.
The Murayev family owned LLC “Eastern Financial Group”, LLC “Zavod “Rapid” and “Altep” LLC.
Now the owner of LLC “Eastern Financial Group” is Vadim Slyusarev, and director of Olen Bardin.
In the past, Vadym Slyusarev was an assistant to Artem Pshonka, and also served as a border guard in Kharkiv for a long time, but after the election of Viktor Yanukovych as president in 2010, he soon received a position in Kyiv, where he worked in the administration of the State Security Service until 2014. Then he resigned and went into business. In particular, he became known for the fact that the border guards paid Slyusarev's company budget money for the rent of the premises for the location of their border post, which is now in his private hands. We are talking about the Frontera company and military unit 9951.
In the investigation of the “Schemes” program in 2019, Slyusarev was called the shadow curator of Zelenskyi's team headquarters in the Kharkiv region.In 2020, Slyusarev was mentioned on the website of the Servant of the People party as a member of the council of the Kharkiv regional party organization, and on March 13, 2021, he was even elected as a member of the Servant of the People political committee. However, since the beginning of the war, the party has denied any connection with him and even deleted the page where Slyusarev was mentioned as a member of the council of the Kharkiv regional party organization.
Head of the Anti-Corruption Center Vitaly Shabunin > noted that the Ukrainian authorities have already nominally lost the chance to confiscate at least two of Murayev's largest financial assets — Eastern Financial Group LLC, which has UAH 39 million in long-term financial investments, and Zavod Rapid LLC, which is engaged in the construction of frame structures and woodworking .
“Formally, these companies recently left the ownership of the Muraev family. However, Muraev will continue to retain control through the established nominal owner. What else can be confiscated? For example, “Altep” LLC, where the Murayevs' partner is the firm of Azarov's trustee. From 2014 to 2021, the company won tenders worth UAH 90 million and owns 26 land plots. And also “Spetsmontazh” LLC, which manufactures ventilation systems and started supplying them to the EU in 2018,” the anti-corruptionist noted.
However, for the time being, the authorities are delaying the confiscation of the Murayevs' property, so the pro-Russian politician is using the time for re-registration it to proxies.
As for “Altep” LLC, earlier its co-owner was Kostyantyn Pyvovarov, a trustee of Mykola Azarov. It was to Pyvovarov that Azarov transferred his Austrian company “Garda Handels- und Beteiligungs GmbH”, a house in Vienna and villas in Sardinia to Maidan Avenue.

According to the media, on February 18 Vadim Slyusarev left Ukraine for “temporary residence”. Upon entering, he indicated to the border guards that he would be in the Russian Federation until March 10. In May, Slyusarev's lawyer Olena Bardina stated that he is not and has not been in Russia.
Bardina herself is the director of three firms that were associated with Muraev – Eastern Financial Group LLC, Handlik LLC Technician”, Zavod “Rapid” LLC.
