He could have worked for Russia: the team of “Spetstechnoexport” demands to investigate the activities of the ex-director

The employees of the enterprise appealed to Zelenskyi with the demand to release all the management, who have been hiding abroad since the beginning of the war, and to pay special attention to the activities of the explorer Larin.

of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi, chief prosecutor Andrii Kostin and other officials with a call to put an end to the issue of the dismissal of the Director of State Enterprise Yevgeny Larin and his deputies, and to investigate his possible involvement in cooperation with Russia, facts of bribery and anti-state actions in wartime. This is stated in the team's letter to the head of state, which is available to ZN.UA.

The employees of the enterprise note that Evgeny Larin and most of the directors of the departments, offices and departments of the enterprise left Ukraine with the beginning of the war under the pretext of business trips and have not returned to work since then. At the same time, all this time they receive a lot of money for “business trips”, although the management of “Spetstechnoexport” is essentially carried out by ordinary specialists.

At the same time, Evgeny Larin and his deputy Posmytny have already become involved in criminal proceedings regarding the resale of body armor that was given to the Ukrainian military as humanitarian aid, however, they are trying to close the case with the help of the suspects in the Security Service of Ukraine.

“The team is confident that E. Larina is “covering up” D. Shmyhal and A. Yermak, which Larin himself, being in an inebriated state, repeatedly flaunted,” the petition's signatories note.

At the same time, S. Posmytny, according to the company's staff, is being “covered up” by Vadym Novinsky, a member of the OPZZ party banned in Ukraine, who, in particular, lobbied for Larin's appointment as a manager.

“One can only guess about what contracts and secrets were known in the aggressor country and why the STE repeatedly reduced the results of the work on signing new contracts under the leadership of E. Larin and S. Posmitny,” the appeal states. regarding the delivery of AN-178 aircraft to Peru.

Despite the fact that in July, by the decree of the Minister of Defense Oleksiy Reznikov, the director of SP “Spetstechnoexport” Evgeny Larin and the general director of DK “Ukrspecexport” Vadym Nozdryu were dismissed from their positions, the company fears their return to the chair. In particular, they see the handover of the DP under the supervision of the Main Directorate of Intelligence as the reason.

“Mr. President, I'm sorry, but this detective must end. E. Larin and S. Posmitny should be punished and convicted for anti-state actions, in particular in wartime,” the text of the appeal reads.

Also, the employees of SP “Spetstechnoexport” are asking to release the heads of departments, offices and departments who have been serving time abroad since the beginning of the war, and to renew the investigation of criminal cases against the company's management, who “got under a thick cloth.”

By orders dated July 29, 2022, Reznikov dismissed the heads of the largest state-owned specialized enterprises in the arms trade – Vadym Nozdryu from the position of General Director of DK “Ukrspecexport” and Yevhen Larin from the position of director of the Special Technical Export Enterprise “Spetstechnoexport”. The reasons for the dismissal were the conditions of the contracts concluded by the officials and the disruption of supplies.
