Montenegro will join sanctions against Russia – Foreign Minister Krivokapic

The new government plans to work closely with Ukraine and the EU.

Montenegro plans to join the anti-Russian sanctions imposed on the aggressor country by most European countries. The local government will also agree on assistance for Ukraine in the near future. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro Ranko Krivokapic.

According to the Embassy of Ukraine in Montenegro, during a conversation with the Chargé d'Affaires of Ukraine in Montenegro Natalia Fialka, the Foreign Minister noted that the assistance of the new government to Ukraine will increase. He also stressed that the relevant government agencies are currently working to implement all packages of sanctions against Russia.
