In the sixth month of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, Turkey cooperates with both states. The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kuleba, called this position of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan “ancient traditions of Ottoman diplomacy”.
