From now on, Russians will not be able to get to these countries through the Schengen external border, and to the EU – through transit through these countries.
Starting at midnight on Monday, September 19, ban on entry of Russian citizens to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland. Russians will also not be able to use these countries for transit.
From now on, Russian citizens with an existing short-term Schengen visa issued for the purpose of tourism, sports and visiting cultural events will not be able to enter the territory of the European Union through the above-mentioned four countries.

Also, citizens of the Russian Federation will no longer be able to enter these countries through the European Union. And these countries do not issue short-term tourist visas to Russians.

We note that the only land border for the entry of Russian tourists Finland remains a member of the EU, whose Foreign Ministry stated that there are no legal grounds for introducing a complete ban on issuing tourist visas to citizens of Russia.
