Russia will not be able to annex the territories of four regions of Ukraine, and attempts to do so will lead to the fact that the aggressor will lose those signs of normal statehood that still remain, according to President Volodymyr Zelensky.
“Russia equates itself with the so-called “DPR” and “LPR” will finally finish off those institutions of normal statehood that still remained in Russia,” he said in his evening address.

“The price of the fact that one person in Russia wants to continue this war will be that the entire Russian society will be left without a normal economy, without a decent life and without respect for any human values,” he warns.
The only way to change the situation, Zelensky emphasizes, is to stop the one “who wants war more than the lives” of Russian citizens .
