Adviser to the Chairman of the OP Mykhailo Podoliak believes that the words that Ukraine can be offered an alternative to joining the EU is a “good mine for a bad game”. He wrote about this on his Twitter page.
“A good mine with a bad game is the attempt of some Western politicians to replace Ukraine's EU membership with symbolic formats,” the statement said. He reminded that tens of thousands of Ukrainians paid with their lives for the future of Ukraine, and not for “a new series of thimbles”.
“Ukraine should receive the status of a candidate country,” he concluded.
