The meeting participants discussed the process of occupation of Ukrainian territories.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi gathered on Saturday, 10 September, the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, where they heard the reports of the commanders of the operational groups on the active actions of the defense forces for the de-occupation of Ukrainian territories. This was reported by the press service of the President's Office.
As a result, a decision was made to ensure security in de-occupied settlements.
It is noted that, taking into account the situation at the front, cooperation with partners on the provision of weapons in the medium and long term is becoming urgent. The participants of the meeting also considered the situation with the logistical support of the Ukrainian army and determined the urgent needs of the defense forces of Ukraine.
The meeting was attended by the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Valery Zaluzhny, Minister of Defense Oleksiy Reznikov, commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Viktor Khorenko, commander Yuriy Lebid of the National Guard, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov and others.
