The Ukrainian president addressed the Albanian parliament.
During a speech before the Albanian parliament, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called on Albania to limit the arrival of tourists from Russia, Interfax-Ukraine reports. The Ukrainian head of state also called for the closure of Albanian ports for Russian ships.

President of Ukraine stressed that Russian banks must be completely disconnected from the financial system. Zelensky called on Albania to suspend trade relations with Russia, “because not today or tomorrow Russia can hit your market and want some political concessions from you.”

Note that Albania along with 21 other countries, it is on the list of countries that are allegedly doing “unfriendly actions” against Russia. The list was compiled to implement a decree by Kremlin boss Vladimir Putin that allows citizens, companies and the state to pay off debts to creditors from “unfriendly” countries in rubles.
