President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy discussed with the Prime – Dutch Minister Mark Rutte increased sanctions pressure on Russia, criminal mobilization and pseudo-referendums in temporarily occupied territories. The president announced this in an evening video message on September 26.
“I spoke with the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte, about the criminal mobilization that Russia is conducting, in particular in the occupied territory, trying to throw our citizens to death under the Russian flag, and about pseudo-referendums. The world's reaction to them and to any further steps of the occupiers will be tough. I thank the Prime Minister for his clear support, readiness to increase sanctions pressure on Russia. We coordinated our steps in international organizations, discussed defense cooperation,” Zelenskyy said.
