The president does not rule out that Russia may resort to brutal actions this week.
“We must be aware that this week Russia may try to do something particularly disgusting, something particularly cruel. Such is our enemy. But in any other week during these six months, Russia has done the same thing constantly – disgusting and cruel. One of the one of the key tasks of the enemy is to humiliate us, Ukrainians, devalue our capabilities, our heroes, spread despair, fear, and spread conflicts, so it is important not to give in to this enemy pressure for a single moment, not to screw yourself up, not to show weakness,” the president says in his address.< /p>
Zelensky emphasizes that in order to win, Ukrainians will still have to endure a lot of pain, however, Ukrainians can rightfully feel proud of themselves, their country and their heroes.
“We stick together! We help each other! We restore what was destroyed! We fight for all our people. And we cheer for those who represent Ukraine, today — definitely for Usyk, our boy! We believe in ourselves and in Ukraine!” — emphasized Zelensky.
