Negotiations have already begun.

Ukraine has already begun to take steps in response to the destruction of the country's energy infrastructure by Russian strikes. This was stated by the Minister of Energy Herman Galushchenko in an interview with Reuters.

“The import of electricity may be one of the options that Ukraine pursues in order to overcome the crisis”, – he noted.

According to Galushchenko, some traders have already started negotiations with suppliers.
The minister reported that 30-40% of the total national energy infrastructure was affected by the attacks, which, according to him, were aimed at destroying Ukraine's energy system.

“A goal that, according to him, was not achieved,” – the publication quotes Galushchenko as saying.
