At the same time, Washington does not see positive changes in Russia's talks with Ukraine.
The United States is ready to participate in the implementation of Ukraine's security agreements if necessary. This was announced on Tuesday by US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken during a press conference with Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Burrito.
“If there is a result, and our support for Ukraine can be part of that result, in particular, support for security and defense (Ukraine, – ed.), Then, of course, we have the desire to take part in it,” said Blinken.
At the same time, he added that he did not see any positive changes in Russia's talks with Ukraine.
“Ukrainian partners should decide whether there are any changes or progress …”, he said.
But, according to him, if such progress is seen in Kiev, it is in itself a good signal.
“If Ukraine has come to the conclusion that they exist (shifts, ed.), That's good,” Blinken said.

We will remind, Ukraine offered the agreement on security guarantees. If Russia and the guarantor countries agree on this agreement, it could be a diplomatic end to the war.
The document will prescribe security guarantees for Ukraine, which will be identical in content and form to Article 5 of NATO. That is, if Ukraine is the object of any aggression, military attack or military operation, the guarantor countries must gather consultations within three days to resolve the conflict. If these consultations do not lead to a diplomatic end to the conflict, the guarantor countries must do everything possible to restore Ukraine's security. We are talking about the supply of weapons, the closure of the sky, etc.
