The UN Security Council refused Russia to investigate Ukraine's use of “combat mosquitoes”

No one takes the aggressor country seriously.

The UN Security Council refused to support the project proposed by the Russian Federation resolution on the establishment of a commission to investigate the alleged implementation of US military biological activities on the territory of Ukraine. This is reported by The Washington Post.

Russia and China voted for the project, while the United States, Great Britain and France voted against it. Ten countries that are not permanent members of the Security Council abstained.

Russia has repeatedly accused the US of producing biological weapons in Ukraine, albeit baselessly. Washington reacted to this with warnings that Moscow could itself be preparing a biological or chemical attack. Last week, Russia released a 310-page document to the Security Council, which claimed that “biological activity” was being carried out in Ukraine with the support of the US Department of Defense. Vasyl Nebenzya said that in March in the Kherson region, the Russian military allegedly found three drones with containers that can “spread mosquitoes infected with dangerous viruses.”
