The Rada made a forecast on the end of martial law

The second wave of mobilization is underway in the country, there is no need to expand it.

Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security and Defense Oleksandr Zavitnevych believes that martial law in Ukraine will continue after August 23. During an interview with RBC Ukraine, he explained that our country will probably not have time to win a complete war and liberate all the occupied territories, which is a condition for ending this situation.

“It seems to me that in such a short time and given that we talked about armaments, we will not be able to win in such a short time. Most likely, we will enter the fall, the active phase of the war will be in the fall. A lot depends on weapons. its quantity and quality, “Zavitnevych said.

He also added that the second wave of mobilization is underway in Ukraine, and there is no need to expand it.
