President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky by decree №266/2022 created the National Council for the reconstruction of Ukraine from the effects of war. For effective work, the Council may request and receive the necessary documentation and information from ministries, other central and local executive bodies, local governments, enterprises, institutions and organizations of all forms of ownership, as well as to involve in their work representatives of state bodies, local governments, enterprises, institutions and organizations, as well as representatives of international organizations and independent experts.
