She is also or was the owner of several companies, some of which are involved in criminal cases.

The State Agency of Ukraine on Cinema Affairs on Wednesday, On November 2, removed the general director of the Dovzhenko-Center, Olena Honcharuk, who opposed his reorganization and destruction of the national film archive, and appointed Yuliya Kazhdan as her temporary deputy. A few days before that, the institution filed a lawsuit against Derzhkino. The newly appointed head was described on the website as a “professional crisis manager”, but information appeared in the media that the 45-year-old Khazhdan is actually a dog expert who has never worked in the field of cinema.

“Slidstvo.Info” journalists found confirmation of this, and also found out that Acting general director of the Dovzhenko Center is engaged in “professional hypnosis”, accounting and has companies with which criminal proceedings are connected.

For example, in 2013, Kazhdan founded the “Erste Hund” canine center in the village of Nove, Kyiv region together with Olena Prykhodko and still remains its co-owner and manager. The company, in particular, offers a hotel for animals, dog training and a zoo psychologist.

“On the Instagram page, the new head of the Dovzhenko Center positions herself as a specialist in working with emotions and promises “in-depth treatment of your problem.” She also calls herself a “crisis psychologist” (on Derzhkino's website the woman was called a “crisis manager”)”, Slidstvo.Info notes.

Also, under one of the posts, Khazhdan writes that she is a certified specialist in in the fields of laboratory diagnostics and clinical parasitology and a certified hypnotherapist. In addition, she describes the allegedly completed courses that helped her learn all the approaches of modern hypnotherapy in three years.

Among other things, she offers to overcome the problem of fear of dogs – kinophobia. This proves for the second time that the account belongs to Khazhdan.

When one of the journalists tried to “sign up for a session” through the indicated number, the woman hung up the phone and talked for 12 minutes about her approaches to the “client”, agreed on a consultation, and also claimed to have 20 years of experience in hypnotherapy. All this happened during her working hours on the second day after the appointment.

At the same time, another journalist called the new head of the Dovzhenko Center with a request to comment on the appointment. Yuliya Kazhdan confirmed that it was her, but several times asked to contact her at the end of the working day, because she allegedly could not speak.

In addition, in 2005, Khazhdan founded the law firm “Khazhdan and Partners”, which worked in the field of accounting and auditing. She remained the owner and manager until the fall of 2012, and after that the company was transferred to Mukacheve resident Vilmosh Deme, who continues to manage the company.

“In 2007-2011, the company declared multimillion-dollar revenue: from about 9 to 19 million hryvnias. This firm appears in criminal proceedings dated 05/29/2015 regarding abuse of power or official position. Judging by the court order, the investigators got access to documents on the movement of the company's funds from 01.01.2012 to 01.15.2016. At least during 2012 (until September), Khazhdan remained the owner of the company,” the investigation says.

But the judge refused him. At that time, the owners of the company were the Kazhdan sisters. Soon the mentioned Kosenko became the owner. “Probably, in this way the previous owners tried to avoid connection with the criminal proceedings, which involved dubious financial transactions,” Slidstvo.Info reports. “, founded by her in 1999. Similarly to the one already mentioned, it specializes in accounting and auditing, and one of the company's phone numbers coincides with the number for booking a hypnotherapy session.
