A change in the management structure of the Cabinet is foreseen: the planned appearance of the Government Center, which will report to the Prime Minister.
Today President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting in which the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Ministers and several members of the government took part, both online and offline. Another concept for building the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine was agreed at the meeting.

According to ZN.UA, the new government structure will most likely have 14 ministries instead of the current 20, and it will look like this:
- Ministry of Community and Territorial Development, Ministry of Infrastructure and the Government Office for the Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories merged into Ministry of Infrastructure and Territorial Development;
- Ministry of Culture and Information Policy and Ministry of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration – into Ministry of European Integration, Culture and Information politicians;
- The Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Strategic Industries (in part) and the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food – in Ministry of Economic Development;
- Ministry of Digital Transformation, National Agency of Ukraine for Public Service ( civil service) and the Ministry of Strategic Industries (in part) – in the Ministry of Digital Transformation;
- Ministry of Veterans Affairs and Ministry of Social Policy – to Ministry of Veterans Affairs and Social Policy;
- Ministry of Ecology – changes name to Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources .
The following remain unchanged:
- Ministry of Energy;
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
- Ministry of Finance;
- Ministry of Justice;
- Ministry of Internal Affairs;
- Ministry of Defense;
- Ministry of Education and Science;
- The Ministry of Health.
The document also provides for a reduction in the maximum number of staff of ministries and other central executive bodies (CEOs). In some places – more than twice.
- In the central offices of the ministries – from 9,200 to 2,800 employees;
- In the territorial bodies of the ministries – from 17,000 to more than 7,000 employees;
- In the central apparatuses of other Central Intelligence Agency – from 13,000 to 4,300 employees;
- In terror gangs of other Central Intelligence Agency – from about 80 to over 40,000 employees.
In addition, the management structure is changing. Coordinating strategies and programs will be handled by the Center of Government, directly subordinated to the Prime Minister.
