Stefanchuk told how the Rada will work in case the parliament building is destroyed

In particular, there are two alternative points of work in the capital.

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will continue to work < even if the parliament building in Kyiv is destroyed. To this end, four points have been worked out for the work of people's deputies within Ukraine, said Verkhovna Rada Speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk. For example, in the case of the destruction of the parliament building, we had two points in Ukraine where MPs could gather for a meeting. We have also worked out various routes to these points. In case it was not possible to leave Kyiv, we had two alternative points in the capital, where it was possible to gather and make decisions necessary for the Ukrainian people, "he said in an interview with Ukrinform.

Thus, four positions have been prepared to continue the work of the parliament in Ukraine.

Voting in these points, as in any other outside the parliament building, is possible only in one way – by hand.

“We have prepared all the necessary documents, all the necessary protocols so that we can vote by hand. To do this, we would have a counting commission. In addition, several sets of office equipment were prepared to accompany the Verkhovna Rada in this process. We have prepared everything necessary, “Stefanchuk added.
