The Russian Federation plans to recreate the Tavriya province in southern Ukraine, as well as create a heavenly city. The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov spoke about the “crazy ideas” of the Russian leadership in an interview with NV.
“In the sick mind of the Russian leadership there are two ideas that they nurture. The first is the reproduction of the Tavriya province, which did not last long during the Russian Empire. This is the territory of the Crimea, Kherson region, partly Mykolayiv region and even a little Donetsk region and Zaporozhye, with the administrative center in the city of Simferopol. The second idea that is not often heard, but it is – the so-called Heavenly City. There was such a concept. I repeat – this is a sick mind. These are Odesa region, Kherson region, part of Mykolayiv region, Dnipro city and part of Donetsk region. They are seriously considering these two crazy ideas and are now trying to put them into practice, “Budanov said.
The head of the GUR also said that Putin was going to starve in the Kherson region in order to break the will of the local population and create a demographic crisis in the region.
