Reznikov: Practically all NATO and EU countries have joined training programs for the training of armed forces soldiers

We are talking about such countries as Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Great Britain. The latter, at the same time, plays one of the most active roles.

For seven full months since the beginning of a large-scale war, almost all NATO and EU countries have in one way or another joined programs to help train Ukrainian fighters. The head of the Ministry of Defense Oleksiy Reznikov made a statement regarding the involvement of Western allies in initiatives involving the exchange of experience during the online conference “Without rose-colored glasses. Business and the state during the war”, reports the Government portal.

The latter, at the same time, plays one of the most active roles. Despite the long-term resistance of the German side in the issue of arms supplies, the German Minister of Defense Christine Lambrecht also announced the training initiative after a recent visit to Kyiv.

“In other words, practically the entire bloc of NATO and EU countries and those that are not even part of NATO yet, such as Sweden and Finland, have all joined the training programs,” Reznikov commented.
