Before the “unblocking” of relations, the head of our country suggested withdrawing enemy troops from the waters of the Black Sea, because “it is necessary to start with some sort of unblocking”.

“In principle, in order to talk about any dialogue, one state must respect another state, respect its territorial integrity, sovereignty and its borders. It is from such very simple fundamental things that anything starts. So far, all this is not there,” – emphasized Zelensky.
He assumed that Putin's desire to return to negotiations is only planned rhetoric aimed at the Russian people and the audience of those states that have not yet isolated themselves from the Russian Federation.
