“I would like to inform you that I have received a statement from the OPZZH faction in the Odessa district council to stop the activities of this faction in its entirety,” Barvinenko stressed.
The pro-Russian faction of the OPZH included 18 deputies.
The deputy faction of OPZZh in the Black Sea city council of the Odessa region also declared self-dissolution.
