The head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry told how he would react to his Russian “colleague's” request for a meeting.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba will be ready to consider the possibility of a meeting with the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Sergey Lavrov, on the sidelines of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) summit in Cambodia, if he asks to hold such a conversation. The head of the Ukrainian diplomatic service himself told journalists about this, Associated Press writes.
At the same time, Kuleba emphasized that the Russian Federation continues to use negotiations to create a “smoke screen for its aggression” against our country.
“Ukraine will win, it's just a matter of time and price. And yes, some gains are being made militarily, but some of Ukraine's gains will be achieved diplomatically,” said the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
