President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy called on Israel to decide whose side is he on in the Russian Federation's war against Ukraine – on the side of the democratic world or those who ignore enemy terror. He noted that he held another meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, at whose meetings the words “Iran” and “Iranian” are heard more and more often. “Every time they mean something that you all fully understand. They mean a mortal threat,” Zelensky emphasized.
The president, in particular, mentioned the mass attack of the Russian invaders on the territory of Ukraine with 15 missiles and 42 kamikaze drones of Iranian production last Monday. At that time, our energy infrastructure and residential buildings were affected by the strikes, in particular in the city of Kyiv. Five people died, including a pregnant girl.
According to him, the Russian Federation has turned to Iran for additional resources because it is exhausting its own stocks of missiles. for air strikes and cannot defeat the Armed Forces on the ground. According to Zelenskyi, Russia would have no motive to seek support from Iran if our country could immediately protect its skies from enemy missiles and drones.
