This will allow Ukrainian farmers to prepare for next year's sowing, ensure the country's food security and thwart the aggressor's plans to use food as a weapon. The Russian Federation is already doing the same with oil and gas, the president reminded.
“Russia creates a deficit, plays to raise prices, and when it provokes social unrest, it demands political concessions. It shouldn't work with food,” Zelensky urged.
