Germany's support for Ukraine is slowly but surely growing.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held talks with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, as reported in Twitter .
“He held productive talks with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz. They discussed the situation at the front, the continued pressure on Russia, the strengthening of sanctions, and the prospects for peace. We appreciate Germany's support, including defense. We look forward to Germany's further assistance on Ukraine's path to full EU membership, “the statement said.

Earlier Olaf Scholz said that after the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine, the world will not be the same as before. The Chancellor is confident that Russia will not be able to win the war.
Berlin is well known for its septicism about any Ukraine's aspirations for integration, whether in the EU or NATO.
