“The California National Guard is ready, willing and able to support humanitarian activities in Ukraine. However, bureaucratic obstacles do not allow it to do so,” the statement said. We are talking about the delivery of humanitarian aid to Ukraine and the centralized collection of funds to help Ukrainians.
