In OVA they named their conditions and told what they offer to the business.
Transcarpathia will become a national hub for Ukrainian business protecting the Ukrainian economy. At the same time, the business that will be relocated and operate in Transcarpathia will be protected by a number of measures. This was stated by the head of the Transcarpathian OVA Viktor Mykyta.
According to him, the IT specialists of Ukraine were offered:
- we book IT specialists from conscription during mobilization and martial law;
- we provide locations for work, converted office space and coworking spaces, we provide their protection;
- we provide high-quality modern Internet (fiber, satellite);
- we help support economic, tax and economic activities.
However, there are conditions. The IT business must register as an enterprise that intends to move its activities and capacity to the Transcarpathian region in the Ministry of Economy. Mandatory registration as a business entity in the region as a reintegrated enterprise from another region. After that, OVA together with the Ministry of Economy provides for the formation of proposals for the reservation of IT specialists from conscription during mobilization and martial law.
It is noted that since the beginning of the war, about 35,000 IT specialists have already moved to Transcarpathia and operate in the region.
