Two companies with Ukrainian founders are in the top 100 most influential businesses in the world from Time

Grammarly (the most expensive startup in Ukraine) and financial startup Revolut with Ukrainian founders are among the top 100 most influential businesses in the world according to Time, according to Forbes.

It is specified that Grammarly was included in the category of “Innovators” for creating a service based on artificial intelligence, which helps to write competently, as well as improving the quality of online letters. Today, more than 30 million people use Grammarly every day.

Revolut payment service, founded by Russian Nikolai Storonsky and Ukrainian Vlad Yatsenko, has entered the “Leaders” category. Time's attention was drawn to the fact that during the war in Ukraine Revolut became available to Ukrainians in the EU.

Grammarly – the company has three founders from Ukraine: Maxim Litvin, Alexei Shevchenko and Dmitry Leader. They launched their business in 2009 in Kiev. $ 13 billion was invested in the project.

Revolut is the largest British fintech startup worth $ 33 billion. The company, however, has many problems, writes Time. Many employees are leaving work due to a tough corporate culture, and the company's financial performance remains in the red.
