Abramovich's spokesman/strong> declined to comment.
There have been no changes in the talks since March 29, when another round took place in Istanbul. Negotiations at the lower level continue via video link, but there are almost no signs of progress.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky believes that the terrible truth that emerged after the liberation of Bucha and other cities in Kyiv region , complicated the prospects for negotiations. And Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has said talks are “deadlocked” and intends to continue the invasion.
Ukraine has not yet received an official response from the Kremlin to proposals made at negotiations in Istanbul (although Moscow is trying to shift responsibility for delaying the talks to Kyiv).
