Despite the date of July 18, there is still no corresponding document on the website of the head of state. This can be explained by the fact that the mentioned decree is secret and not subject to publication.
The reason for the decision is not mentioned in the decree, but our sources reported that the basis was the submission of the Security Service of Ukraine about the presence of a list of citizens of other countries.

Article 26 of the Constitution of Ukraine, which is mentioned in the decree, says that the head of state makes decisions on acceptance of Ukrainian citizenship, deprivation of citizenship, as well as granting asylum in Ukraine.

The decision taken by the president only partially concerns the statement of the Secretary of the National Security Council Oleksiy Danilov about a compiled list of 86 oligarchs, according to our source. This is about the desire of Bankova and the president's entourage to show who is the boss in the house. And the decision to suddenly implement the law on dual citizenship is clearly political. Mayor of Chernihiv Vladyslav Atroshenko will not be released from Ukraine, Korban will not be let in, the interlocutor claims.
Against the background of the latest disturbances in the SBU and the Prosecutor General's Office, Ukraine is paving the way to the authoritarianism of the president's entourage. Bankova still has 86 oligarchs up her sleeve, who can be fleeced or deported. And also Danilov's statement about further processes of reshuffles in power, he adds.
