Ukraine, Romania and Moldova discussed increasing bilateral electricity supplies

The heads of foreign affairs of the three countries held a fruitful conversation, having met for the first time in a tripartite format.

Ukraine is strengthening cooperation with European partners in many areas and within the framework of deepening regional cooperation organized the first tripartite meeting of the heads of foreign affairs of Moldova, Romania and Ukraine. During a meeting in Odessa, the heads of foreign affairs of Romania and Moldova strongly condemned the invasion of Russia and its capture of the Zaporizhzhya NPP . The parties also agreed to actively work on the process of European integration of Ukraine and Moldova.

Kuleb, Popescu and Aurescu separately agreed on cooperation in the energy sector. The ministers discussed an increase in bilateral commercial electricity supplies and a joint agreement on strengthening the interconnection of energy supply between the three countries. of Ukraine to Romania and Moldova during the war period.
