Secondly, the creation of a new airline, which will attract aircraft without the risk of secondary sanctions, as well as insurance risks. In this case, the liners of other airlines may already be involved. They will be temporarily transferred to a new carrier.
The third clause provides for the allocation of 1.5 million seats on Turkish Airlines flights for “package” tourists. This measure is already being implemented.
