The US and Canadian embassies resumed their work in Kyiv after a break of almost three months. US Chargé d'Affaires Christina Quinn announced her return to Kyiv. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced the resumption of the Canadian embassy in the capital during his visit.

During a visit to Kyiv, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced the return of Canadian diplomats and raised a flag near the embassy building. The video was published by Globalnews journalist Ashley Stewart.
