This was stated by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Government portal reports.

Therefore, the Ministry of Economy is working 24/7 to overcome the deficit for all consumers, “Shmygal said.

According to him, the Cabinet simplifies the procedure of importing fuel to Ukraine and expands the number of countries from which supplies are planned.

In particular, the Government has agreed on the necessary regulations for the import of fuel from Azerbaijan, the Persian Gulf and the Middle East. strong>.

It will be recalled that in March the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a number of decisions to reduce taxes and excise duties on fuel , which should reduce the cost of gasoline and diesel fuel in Ukraine. In particular, the Government reduced to zero the excise tax on imports of gasoline, diesel and liquefied gas. In addition, VAT has been reduced from 20% to 7%.
