According to the statement, today, November 9, employees were not even allowed into the office.
“Starting from 20:00 on November 8, 2022, the work of the central office of PJSC Ukrnafta was blocked by armed men. The company is concerned about the situation,” the company's Facebook statement reads.
Ukrnafty says that the representatives of the shareholders of Naftogaz and the Ministry of Defense have not provided documents related to the activities of the PJSC in the new format, nor is there a court decision authorizing force actions.
At the same time, on Wednesday morning, the Service The Ministry of Security of Ukraine reported that “to prevent destabilizing work” it took control of the Kremenchug Oil Refinery in order to ensure its transfer to state ownership in working condition.
“Employees of the Security Service of Ukraine and the Bureau of Economic Security are verifying information about multimillion-dollar evasion by the management of Ukrnafta PJSC from paying the mandatory excise tax for 2022,” the special service said in a statement. a notification of suspicion of the company's management is being prepared according to part 3 of Art. 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (evasion of taxes, fees, mandatory payments).
