The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that our defenders had liberated almost 30 settlements from the occupying forces in the last 24 hours in the Kyiv and Chernihiv areas. This was reported by the press service of the General Staff on its Facebook page.

“After the departure of the enemy, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine took control of the settlements of Rudnya, Shevchenkovo, Bobrik, Staraya Basan, Novaya Basan, Makeyevka, Pogreby, Bazhanovka, Vladimirovka, Shnyakovka, Salnoye, Sofievka, Gavrilovka,” the statement said.

Now our defenders have focused their efforts on the liberation of the settlements of Popasnaya, Rubezhnoye, as well as the hero city of Mariupol.

According to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Alexei Danilov, some of the Russian units withdrawing from the Kiev and Chernihiv regions, redeployed to Kharkiv and Donetsk directions .
