Russian gas is rapidly increasing transit to Europe

Applications for Russian gas transit < significantly increase in all directions. Thus, applications for the transit of Russian natural gas through Ukraine to Europe through the Slovak border checkpoint Velke-Kapusany jumped to a five-month peak on Monday, November 2021. Russian gas flows to Germany via the Nord Stream-1 pipeline through the Baltic Sea were 73,778,201,201 kilowatt-hours (kWh) on Monday, compared to 72,286,105 kWh. -hours on Friday morning.

According to the operator Gascade, the speed of flows east to Poland at the Mallnow measuring point on the border with Germany was 13,202,832 kWh, which is almost unchanged from observed at the end of last week.
