Payoneer is a payment system that provides financial services and online money transfers. Payoneer is a registered MasterCard provider worldwide, except for Russia. The company is headquartered in New York.

It will be recalled that on March 17, the international payment system PayPal announced a full launch in Ukraine.

Prior to that, PayPal worked in Ukraine in part – to pay for goods and services in foreign online stores. The system did not work to accept money, which was a long-standing problem, especially for Ukrainian freelancers and sellers on international marketplaces.

For many years, Payoneer partially replaced the missing PayPal features for Ukrainians.

It will also be recalled that after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the popular payment systems PayPal and Payoneer suspended their work in the region.
