The Finnish company has terminated its contract with Rosatom for the construction of a nuclear power plant

Finnish design company Fennovoima says it has terminated its contract for the construction of Hanhikivi-1 NPP with RAOS Project, a subsidiary of Rosatom. This is stated in the company's statement.

The reasons for this decision were named – due to significant delays on the part of RAOS and inability to implement the project.

Ukraine has increased the risks for the project. RAOS has not been able to mitigate any of the risks. This means that cooperation with the RAOS Project will end immediately, “Fennovoima said.” Unfortunately, the termination of the contract is expected. “Our main goal is to support our employees by informing them and working closely with both our employees and our employees,” said Fennovoima. statement.
