“The previous agreement, signed on Tuesday, provides for the appointment of a working group that will develop the technical conditions of such an investment, financing methods and whether such a pipeline will be economically justified,” he explained, reports “Polish Radio”.

The Deputy Prime Minister added , that the working group should submit the results of its analyzes within several months.

“The construction of such a pipeline is an interesting idea, since Poland could become a transit country for Ukrainian oil, which could later be transported from Gdańsk to Arab countries and of North Africa. However, such investments require Ch any analysis. After the first two months of work of the working group, we should already have some knowledge,” he said.

Ukrainian oil before the war was exported to 107 countries of the world, and its largest consumers are located in Europe (37%), South – East Asia (29%) and Asia (14.9%).
