Pasichnik announced a “general mobilization” in ORLO – intelligence

“At gunpoint” – men in the recently captured Russian territories of Luhansk region.

Hidden mobilization in the territory occupied by Russia Luhansk region becomes open. On August 22, the leader of the LPR militants, Leonid Pasichnyk, made a radio address during which he announced a “general mobilization”, reports the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ukrainian Military Academy.

“General mobilization” will begin on September 1 and will take place in two stages:

  • first of all, holders of Russian passports and “LPR passports” will be sent to the war against Ukraine;
  • men aged 18 to 65 will go in the second queue.

After the spring “mobilization” there were almost no men left in the occupied territory. Videos of empty streets in Luhansk and other cities spread through social networks.

So the goal of the “mobilization” is the territory of the region recently captured by Russia, where active distribution of Russian passports is currently underway. The formal basis for its holding is the “recognition” by Russia of the “LPR” within the borders of Luhansk Oblast, and the “DPR” within the borders of Donetsk Oblast.

Mobilized in ORDLO are poorly equipped and sent to fight on the front, Russian commanders use them as “cannon fodder” during offensives and assaults.

Forcing Ukrainians to go to war against Ukraine qualifies as a war crime of the Russian Federation, accordingly, such mobilized people are considered its victims and are exempted from responsibility, if they themselves did not commit war crimes.
