Olena Zelenska honored Queen Elizabeth II and met with Kate Middleton

Together with the First Lady, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal and Ambassador of Ukraine Vadym Prystaiko arrived at the Palace of Westminster.

First Lady Olena Zelenska, Prime Minister Minister Denys Shmyhal and Ambassador of Ukraine Vadym Prystaiko arrived at the Palace of Westminster to honor Queen Elizabeth II.

Royal Central reported on the visit, publishing a video in which Denys Shmyhal with his wife Inna, Olena Zelenska and Ambassador of Ukraine Vadym Prystaiko with his wife Inna pay their respects to the queen. Olena Zelenska and Inna Shmyhal were visibly upset while looking at the coffin.

Also, Princess of Wales Kate Middleton held an audience with Elena Zelenskaya at Buckingham Palace on the eve of the Queen's funeral.

This is not the first meeting of the princess with the first lady of Ukraine. In 2020, Prince William and the Princess of Wales met with the Zelenskys.
