Russian troops in the south continue to stand on defensive lines
Russian occupiers continue to occupy a defensive line on the southern part of the front and no signs of formation of strike groups have been detected. However, on Saturday, July 23, in the north of the Kherson region, they tried to launch an attack, but failed and retreated. This was reported by the press service of the Operational Command “South”.
“The enemy with the forces of more than 50 soldiers with the support of two T-62 tanks and one BTR-82A in the direction of Sukhy Stavok, Andriivka and forces of motorized rifle and tank platoons in the direction Bruskinsk, Biloghirka carried out offensive actions. There was no success. He left with losses,” the message reads.
During the day, the Russians attacked several more times with aircraft. The attack Ka-52 performed a mission in the area of Biloghirka, the Mi-8 also failed in the area of Novomykolaivka. They failed to cause losses to the units of the Armed Forces.

On the other hand, during the day of the battle, the Ukrainian aviation made six strikes on enemy concentrations manpower and equipment, as well as on a support point. The final losses of the occupiers are being specified.
So far, it has been confirmed that 54 Russian soldiers, three T-62 tanks, three Grad rocket launchers, Msta-B cannon, armored and automotive equipment have been destroyed. In addition, an ammunition warehouse and ammunition supply point in Kherson region were destroyed.
