“To date, assets belonging to the aggressor state worth at least 350 billion euros have been frozen, blocked or seized in the West. The most severe and unexpected blow was the sanctions against the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, which froze about $ 300 billion (270 billion euros), or almost half of all Russia's reserves. According to some officials, these funds are already reserved for Ukraine, “the author writes.
According to him, according to the decisions of national and international courts, all this property can be transferred to the administration of Ukraine or sold at auctions with the subsequent transfer of funds to it. Sanctions were also imposed on Belarus and its enterprises for participating in the aggression. We have the right to demand compensation from them as well. Ukraine has already stated that it has involved the best lawyers in the world in the process of recovering compensation.
But as long as Russia is ruled by Putin, it will never voluntarily admit its guilt and will ignore the decisions of any court.
