To summarize, in general, state borrowings to the general fund of the state budget for January-August amounted to UAH 716.2 billion. In particular, UAH 412.2 billion was raised due to the issuance of military government bonds, including UAH 285.0 billion through acquisition by the National Bank. UAH 273.5 billion was raised from external sources. By the end of the year, Ukraine expects to receive the announced official funding of 12 billion dollars.
