New supervisory boards of enterprises have already been formed.
On November 5, the Supreme Commander-in-chief decided strong>expropriation into state ownership of five strategically important enterprises, including “Motor Sich”, “Zaporizhtransformator”, “AvtoKrAZ”, “Ukrnafta”, “Ukrtatnafta”, the Secretary of the Council announced at a briefing on Monday, November 6 of National Security and Defense Oleksiy Danilov.
According to him, the seized assets acquired the status of military property, and their management was transferred to the Ministry of Defense.
“After the end of martial law in accordance with the laws, the specified assets can be returned to the owners or (there will be) a corresponding reimbursement of their value,” Danilov added. supervisory boards of enterprises.
He noted that shareholders' meetings have already taken place and the process of approving new company managers has begun.
“Supervisory boards have been approved, and in accordance with the laws and standards of corporate governance, these supervisory boards will appoint current management, that is, executive managers and so on, so that the work of enterprises does not stop,” the minister said.
Reznikov added that also set the task of resuming the work of those enterprises that are currently suspended.
